We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our service plans. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.
2. Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial payment.
- Custom design projects are eligible for refund only if work has not progressed beyond the wireframe/mockup stage.
- Hosting fees are refundable on a pro-rata basis for the unused period.
- Third-party costs (domain registration, SSL certificates from external providers) are non-refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at billing@hopesites.in with your account details and reason for the refund. We will process your request within 7 business days.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account. UPI and card refunds are typically faster.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your website will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of the current period after the 30-day guarantee window.
6. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with the refund decision, you may escalate the matter to our management team at legal@hopesites.in. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably within 14 business days.
