1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the HopeSites website (hopesites.in) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Services
HopeSites provides website design, development, hosting, SEO, and related digital services for churches and organizations. The specific scope of each project is determined by the service agreement between HopeSites and the client.
3. Client Obligations
- Provide accurate and timely information necessary for project completion.
- Ensure all content provided (text, images, media) does not infringe third-party rights.
- Make timely payments as agreed in the service contract.
- Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timelines.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code and design assets created for their project. HopeSites retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. We accept UPI, bank transfers, credit/debit cards via Stripe, and other methods as agreed. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month.
6. Limitation of Liability
HopeSites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all completed work. Hosting services will continue until the end of the paid period.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
